Isoparfire® Noise
Bimetallic sandwich panel for noise barriers
Sound-insulating and sound-absorbing panel composed of a perforated aluminum front sheet to ensure sound absorption properties and a steel rear sheet. Between them is a mineral wool layer with a density of 90–100 kg/m³.
Applications
Roads, railways, tunnels, or near fixed noise sources.
Geometry
Base module dimensions:
L = 2950 mm, H = 1000 mm, S = 100 mm;
the panel can be manufactured with variable length (L). The panel thickness allows installation within HE-type posts or similar profiles.
- Front element (sound-absorbing side facing the noise source), made of aluminum sheet, AL-MG-MN alloy, thickness 0.6 mm, properly shaped and perforated with 4 mm diameter holes at 6 mm staggered pitch (40% perforation rate), coated with polyester paint (coil coating method), minimum film thickness 25 μm;
- Rear element, facing the noise receiver, made of steel sheet, thickness 0.6 mm, properly shaped, non-perforated, coated with polyester paint (coil coating method), minimum film thickness 25 μm;
- Sound-absorbing material consisting of mineral wool with a minimum density of 90–100 kg/m³;
- Side sealing elements made of EPDM to ensure sealing between the panel and the post.
