About
Construction of a logistics platform for Amazon, a leading player in the e-commerce sector.
The project includes a 101,000 m2 warehouse with 98 loading points and annexed 7,000 m2 offices.
The structure is prefabricated in vibrated concrete and prestressed concrete with a bac-acier roof and infill in ISOPAR ELEGANT metal sandwich panels. The plant engineering works serving the building and all the external arrangements were also carried out (lot surface area of 237,000 m2).
The building is BREEAM Very Good certified.
