Extrados:
Consisting of:
− Galvanised steel by continuous hot dipping SENDZIMIR system
(UNI EN 10346) and pre-painted on continuous lines with different
paint cycles depending on end use.
− 3000 or 5000 series aluminium alloys with pre-painted finish with the cycles above or natural.
− Steel sheet metal protected with aluminium-zinc-silicon alloy (aluzinc)
Core
Rigid polyurethane/polyisocyanurate closed-cell foam, density ≥ 40 kg/m3.
Intrados
Consisting of:
− Fibre cement (4 mm thick) is a material consisting of a mixture of cement and fibres with a high tensile strength.
Items made from this mix have considerable resistance to corrosion, temperature and wear, as well as remarkable lightness.
Panel development (extrados)
RADIUS 3300 mm: from 1480 mm to 4450 mm;
Thickness: 40-60-70-80-90-100 mm
RADIUS 6000 mm: from 1420 mm to 5900 mm;
Thickness: 40-60-70-80-90-100-110 mm
