Monolamiera Isocopre®
The lightweight roofing panel
The main characteristic of Monosheet panels lies in their lightweight bottom finish, made of a flexible backing, available in bituminous felt paper, thin aluminum foil, or glass veil.
- Bituminous felt paper is a black, semi-breathable bitumen sheet;
- Thin aluminum foil has a natural shiny finish, lacquered and embossed, and is non-breathable;
- Glass veil, made of nonwoven white fabric, is capable of retaining any condensation that may form.
The Monosheet panel requires structural supports spaced at a maximum distance of 1 meter. Furthermore, due to the characteristics of the flexible backings, the joint between panels does not include a shaped interlocking rib.
The use of Monosheet panels is not recommended for roofing applications with the internal side exposed. A perfect aesthetic finish on the inner side is not guaranteed.
