Consisting of:
− Galvanised steel by continuous hot dipping SENDZIMIR system
(UNI EN 10346) and pre-painted on continuous lines with different
paint cycles depending on end use.
− 3000 or 5000 series aluminium alloys with pre-painted finish with the cycles above or natural.
− Steel sheet metal protected with aluminium-zinc-silicon alloy (aluzinc)
Core
Insulating layer made of high-density (80-100 kg/m3) incombustible A1 mineral wool with oriented fibres orthogonal to the external backings in a unique staggered joint pattern.
Intrados
Consisting of:
− Galvanised steel by continuous hot dipping SENDZIMIR system
(UNI EN 10346) and pre-painted on continuous lines with different
paint cycles depending on end use. Embossed finish.
Panel development (extrados)
