TTCurvo® Raggio fisso

TTCURVO is a self-supporting insulating panel with 5 ribs, featuring a curved profile with a radius of 3.3 meters or 6 meters. It is designed for roofing on wing beams or prefabricated “Y” beams, and is manufactured at the plant located in Reggio Emilia. Thanks to its light weight and high mechanical performance, it allows for maximizing the spacing of prefabricated beams.

The panel consists of internal and external facings made of pre-painted steel sheet, natural aluminum, pre-painted aluminum, and aluzinc in various thicknesses, with an insulating core produced according to your requirements.

EXTRADOS
Consisting of:
  • Galvanised steel by continuous hot dipping SENDZIMIR system (UNI EN 10346) and pre-painted on continuous lines with different paint cycles depending on end use.
  • 3000 or 5000 series aluminium alloys with pre-painted finish with the cycles above or natural.
  • Steel sheet metal protected with aluminium-zinc-silicon alloy (aluzinc)
CORE
Rigid polyurethane/polyisocyanurate closed-cell foam, density ≥ 40 kg/m3.
INTRADOS
Consisting of:
  • Galvanised steel by continuous hot dipping SENDZIMIR system (UNI EN 10346) and pre-painted on continuous lines with different paint cycles depending on end use. Embossed finish.
Panel development (extrados)
RADIUS 3300 mm: from 1480 mm to 4450 mm;
Thickness: 40-60-70-80-90-100 mm
RADIUS 6000 mm: from 1420 mm to 5900 mm;
Thickness: 40-60-70-80-90-100-110 mm
