Extrados:
Consisting of:
− Galvanised steel by continuous hot dipping SENDZIMIR system (UNI EN 10346) and pre-painted on continuous lines with different paint cycles depending on end use.
− 3000 or 5000 series aluminium alloys with pre-painted finish with the cycles above or natural.
− Steel sheet metal protected with aluminium-zinc-silicon alloy (aluzinc)
Core
Made of EPS, i.e., sintered expanded polyester, its effective thermal resistance is due to its closed cell structure, which is mostly composed of air; it is also vapour permeable and at the same time impermeable to water, non-toxic and recyclable.
Intrados
Consisting of:
− Galvanised steel by continuous hot dipping SENDZIMIR system (UNI EN 10346) and pre-painted on continuous lines with different paint cycles depending on end use. Embossed finish.
Panel development (extrados)
RADIUS 3300 mm: from 1300 mm to 4350 mm
RADIUS 6000 mm: from 1300 mm to 5250 mm
