The load-bearing insulating panel

Sandwich panel consisting of an insulating core made of expanded PUR, PIR, and PIR SUPREME foam, produced without the use of CFCs or HCFCs. Double-sided facing in embossed aluminum foil, compliant with Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM).

Containing a 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 150, 160, 180 or 200 mm thick polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam, it allows to improve covering thermal resistance and meet any requirements of living comfort and improved energy savings. Isoplà panels are covered on both sides with embossed centesimal aluminium and are made load-bearing by the perforated batten, which guarantees static resistance, supports the covering and favours micro-ventilation and draining of any rainwater infiltration.

OPTIONAL
A PVC seal can be pre-applied under the metal batten to increase resistance to accidental infiltration due to cracks in the roof covering and provide excellent sealing against dust and air.
Moreover, it is resistant to abrasion, corrosion and moisture, has a good resistance to acids and alkalis and a high resistance to ultraviolet rays.

Thanks to its opposing leaf shape, Isoplà ensures maximum joint adherence between the panels, providing insulation continuity and actually eliminating the risk of thermal bridges.
