The ISOCURVOFIRE® FIXED RADIUS sandwich panel by Lattonedil represents the ideal solution for roofing with prefabricated vaulted structures in steel or concrete. Designers can customize both the curvature radius and thermal performance according to their specific needs. Depending on the climate zone and internal environmental conditions, the client must select the most suitable thickness to prevent possible condensation formation.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
EXTRADOS (outer face)
Made of:
- Hot-dip galvanized steel using the continuous SENDZIMIR system (UNI EN 10346), pre-painted on continuous lines with different coating cycles depending on the final use
- Aluminum alloys of the 3000 or 5000 series, with either pre-painted finish (as described above) or natural finish
- Metal sheet in steel protected with an aluminum-zinc-silicon alloy (aluzinc)
CORE
Insulating layer made of non-combustible A1 high-density mineral wool (80–100 kg/m³), with oriented fibers arranged orthogonally to the outer facings in an exclusive staggered joint configuration.
INTRADOS (inner face)
Made of:
- Hot-dip galvanized steel using the continuous SENDZIMIR system (UNI EN 10346), pre-painted on continuous lines with different coating cycles depending on the final use. Embossed finish.
PANEL DEVELOPMENT (EXTRADOS)
Radius 3300 mm: from 1300 mm to 4350 mm
Radius 6000 mm: from 1300 mm to 5250 mm
