The sheet curvable on site
Lattonedil’s TT21® sheet is an exceptional solution for roofing applications requiring flexibility and adaptability. The most interesting aspect of this profile is the possibility of curving it on site due to its limited height. By using aluminium thicknesses between 6 and 7 tenths, it is possible to adapt the laminates even to covers with radii greater than 12-13m. But these are not the only options available. However, a curved calendered or notched version of the TT20® sheet metal is available. Microneedle calendering allows to obtain minimum curvature radii of only 3 metres (although the length of
the sheet may affect the minimum radius). Bending with a notching machine, on the other hand, makes it possible to obtain minimum curvature radii of 35 cm as
well as special items with different structures.
