La Fiera di Ferrara est le principal centre d’exposition de la ville de Ferrare. Il est situ\u00e9 au 11 Via della Fiera, \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie sud de la ville.<\/p>\n

La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Ferrara Fiere Congressi Srl fait partie de l’organisme autonome de la foire de Bologne depuis 2002 et constitue, avec la foire de Mod\u00e8ne, un centre d’exposition unique en Europe, d’une superficie de plus de 200 000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/h2>\n

Le b\u00e2timent a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u par l’architecte Vittorio Gregotti. Le centre d’exposition couvre une superficie de 26 000 m\u00b2, dont 16 000 sont couverts et 10 000 constituent deux places ext\u00e9rieures pour les expositions en plein air. En outre, il y a 5 000 m\u00b2 de places de parking pour un total de 2 000 voitures.<\/p>\n

Le complexe d’exposition a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et construit selon un plan en forme de T et se compose de 6 halls d’exposition et de 4 b\u00e2timents de service. L’ensemble de la zone d’exposition est situ\u00e9 sur un seul niveau au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, tandis que les salles de conf\u00e9rence et les bureaux administratifs sont situ\u00e9s aux \u00e9tages sup\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

La fa\u00e7ade d’un b\u00e2timent public constitue le premier \u00e9l\u00e9ment de communication entre ce qu’il contient et ses visiteurs. Le complexe d’exposition, par sa nature m\u00eame, est un grand conteneur qui se transforme de temps \u00e0 autre pour accueillir diff\u00e9rents \u00e9v\u00e9nements.
La nouvelle enveloppe propos\u00e9e a pour but d’am\u00e9liorer la valeur architecturale de l’ensemble du b\u00e2timent et de cr\u00e9er une fa\u00e7ade capable de s’imposer et de communiquer la pr\u00e9sence de la Fiera di Ferrara \u00e0 travers des \u00e9l\u00e9ments sculpturaux qui \u00e9mergent du plan vertical qui s’\u00e9tend le long du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre du b\u00e2timent lui-m\u00eame.
Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments volum\u00e9triques sont mis en valeur par des lumi\u00e8res cach\u00e9es dans les plis de la fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n

Les am\u00e9liorations propos\u00e9es au projet concernent \u00e9galement la protection contre l’incendie des structures m\u00e9talliques, l’am\u00e9lioration des caract\u00e9ristiques de r\u00e9action au feu des mat\u00e9riaux, l’am\u00e9lioration de l’ensemble technologique de la toiture, l’am\u00e9lioration des finitions int\u00e9rieures et l’am\u00e9lioration de l’\u00e9quipement de l’usine.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
