A propos de<\/span><\/p>\n

Un ouvrage important surplombant la mer Tyrrh\u00e9nienne r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec des angles de haute technologie selon la conception BIM.<\/p>\n

Isolation en fibres min\u00e9rales pour les murs et les toits pouvant r\u00e9sister \u00e0 un incendie de 240′ et \u00e0 une pression de vent allant jusqu’\u00e0 80km\/h.<\/p>\n

D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, le projet Gigayachts s’est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par un d\u00e9fi architectural et structurel majeur, tant en raison de la taille consid\u00e9rable des b\u00e2timents que de leur emplacement \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du centre-ville et \u00e0 moins de 50 m\u00e8tres de la mer.<\/p>\n

Tout a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour att\u00e9nuer le plus possible l’impact in\u00e9vitable sur la ligne d’horizon de Livourne sans renoncer \u00e0 son image moderne et \u00e9l\u00e9gante. Sur la fa\u00e7ade vers la ville, la hauteur du hangar a \u00e9t\u00e9 att\u00e9nu\u00e9e par les volumes du b\u00e2timent de service et la trav\u00e9e de l’ancien atelier, qui ont une \u00e9chelle plus urbaine et diff\u00e8rent par la couleur et la conception de la fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n

Le b\u00e2timent bleu ciel, plus grand, pr\u00e9sente une peau ext\u00e9rieure fine, avec des transparences diffuses et des coupures de lumi\u00e8re horizontales qui d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisent la fa\u00e7ade, cr\u00e9ant une l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 apparente.<\/p>\n

La situation g\u00e9ographique particuli\u00e8re expose les b\u00e2timents \u00e0 des conditions environnementales difficiles en raison du vent qui, d\u00e9passant 140 km\/h, g\u00e9n\u00e8re des pressions pouvant atteindre 2 kN\/m\u00b2. A cela s’ajoute la salinit\u00e9 transport\u00e9e par la brise de mer, qui peut oxyder en quelques jours les structures m\u00e9talliques qui ne sont pas suffisamment prot\u00e9g\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Des panneaux Lattonedil ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour la construction, de la laine de roche pour les murs et du PIR pour le toit, le tout recouvert d’acier pr\u00e9peint et garanti pour 30 ans. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de garantir les normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es requises pour la construction dans des d\u00e9lais pr\u00e9cis et \u00e0 des co\u00fbts durables.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Les principaux th\u00e8mes de d\u00e9veloppement du projet int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e9taient les suivants :<\/p>\n

1) Facilit\u00e9 d’installation et d’int\u00e9gration entre les cadres<\/strong> et les panneaux en polycarbonate ;<\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> Utilisation de panneaux pli\u00e9s<\/strong> pour r\u00e9aliser les angles du b\u00e2timent et \u00e9viter les sources dangereuses d’infiltration d’eau dues aux solins. Ce n’est que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette solution int\u00e9gr\u00e9e entre les panneaux et les fen\u00eatres en polycarbonate qu’il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de donner au b\u00e2timent la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 que l’on peut appr\u00e9cier aujourd’hui.<\/p>\n

Lattonedil a fourni un excellent produit. Fabriqu\u00e9 sur mesure et parfaitement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 aux exigences de ce projet\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
